Cancellation Policy
Standard reservations may cancel for free up until 72 hours before the date of arrival, after which time they will lose the deposit equal to 50% of the entire stay. Prepaid reservations will be charged a $50 processing fee for refunds. Discounted, Non-Refundable Rates do not qualify for refund at any time.
Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy
A deposit equal to 50% of your stay incl tax may be charged 72 hours before your date of arrival. Cancellations and modifications can be made free of charge up until 72 hours before your date of arrival, after which time the cancellation fee becomes 50% of the total stay. The remaining balance due will be collected at arrival.
Check-in is between 4 and 10 pm; late check-in must be pre-arranged through the hotel. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out may be available for a fee, but are subject to availability and must be approved by staff.
If the cardholder is not going to be a guest, a Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed and the full amount of the stay will be charged. A processing fee of $50 will apply to all cancellations, up until 72 hours prior to arrival, at which time our normal cancellation policy applies.
Multiple Room reservations have an extended cancellation cutoff of 2 weeks, and a Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed. A 50% deposit will be collected at time of booking. Cancellations before the 2 week cutoff will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee per room. Cancellations inside the 2 week cutoff will not be refunded.
Non-Refundable Rate bookings are prepaid and not refundable. A Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed.
Extra person fees will apply for guests exceeding maximum stated occupancy (3).
We are a dog friendly hotel. 2 dog per room limit. Our Pet Fee is $35 per dog per night, no breed or size limitations.
We are a 100% smoke-free property.
Our three story building does not have an elevator, however our staff are always happy to help with your luggage!
